Nothing,
Except You.
In a world increasingly consumed by violence and silence, a young woman’s faith begins to crumble. Haunted by despair and God’s absence, she drifts through rituals, noise, and worthless pleasures in search of meaning, until a quiet moment of grace reveals that even in darkness, something sacred still reaches for her.
Nothing, Except You follows Sasha, a solitary women struggling to reconcile the weight of the violence within this world with a deep longing for transcendence. Torn between the pull of worldly desires and the yearning for spiritual awakening, she confront silence, doubt, and the hidden burdens of faith. Through this journey, the film asks: how does one seek divinity when the voice of God feels absent?
Told through narration and abstract visuals, the film unfolds not as a traditional plot but as a series of intimate encounters — moments of grace, wandering, surrender, and uncertainty. The protagonist’s inner conflict becomes externalized through image, gesture, and landscape, allowing viewers to inhabit their experience rather than simply observe it.
At its core, Nothing, Except You is universally resonant: a cinematic prayer that translates inner struggle into image and sound, inviting audiences to dwell in the mystery of faith, doubt, and the hope of transcendence.
